Avoid any eye drops with a redness reliever like Visine, Similasan, or Naphcon.
Always use prescription eye drops exactly as your eye doctor says.
These can be eye drops that treat infection, lower pressure from glaucoma, or reduce swelling and redness.
People with diabetes or high blood pressure need special eye care, even if their blood sugar and blood pressure are good. Go to the eye doctor every 1 to 2 years. This helps find problems early, before they can cause serious vision changes.

Mix a small drop of baby shampoo with warm water.
Use a clean cloth or cotton swab. Gently wipe your eyelids and eyelashes.
